From small day-to-day adjustments
What if your team felt safe to give a new tool a chance, simplify a routine form, or test a smoother workflow without pushback or fear of making a mistake?
Hortiki Training Institute · Program overview
Just for fun, what if?
Created inside Hortiki, this 7-week program gives busy teams a practical framework to turn everyday curiosity into breakthrough operational output.
The vision
Breakthroughs don't just happen during multi-day retreats. They happen when small acts of everyday curiosity compound across the work your team already touches.
What if your team felt safe to give a new tool a chance, simplify a routine form, or test a smoother workflow without pushback or fear of making a mistake?
What if curiosity opened up new product lines, unexpected partnerships, or cross-departmental efficiencies that heads-down execution misses?
What if team members didn't wait for an annual call for ideas, but routinely asked “Just for fun, what if…?” in their everyday work?
What if curiosity wasn't seen as a luxury or a distraction, but as the engine that keeps daily delivery fresh, efficient, and resilient?
The Hortiki toggle
How Hortiki toggles between expansive curiosity and disciplined execution to turn a big vision into weekly momentum.
Create an unconstrained space where execution, budgets, and immediate logistics are locked out of the room, so teams can ask “Just for fun, what if?” without a premature shutdown.
Apply curiosity directly to the work: “What would it actually take to bring this to life?” Explore a bold path instead of defaulting to the usual limits.
Look across active projects and ask, “If we do this one bigger thing, what else does it unlock?” One effort can serve several goals and save time, money, and energy.
Bring the real constraints back in, not to kill the idea, but to re-engineer it. Question the budget, the timeline, and the tools until a workable path shows up.
Filter the expanded vision with three questions: Does this save time, save money, or unlock major future capacity? Keep the top moves and safely park the rest.
Park the big vision in a clean brain dump, then isolate the single smallest action to complete this week.
Platform and tools
This is not another passive video player. It is a working space your team uses together.
How it is hosted
Environmental responsibility includes how the training itself is delivered.
The site draws computing power when someone is using it, instead of running an idle server all day.
Pages are served from a location near the team, so the data has a shorter trip.
The network behind the site is powered by 100% renewable energy.
Five percent of program profits are donated to community environmental and education work.

Questions
You choose the course start date on the quote form. The first available date is January 11, 2027. Team login details are emailed before that date, not on the day you pay.
You can pay by card on this page and download the quote as a PDF for your purchasing office. If the office must pay by invoice or purchase order, email that PDF to contact@hortiki.com. Net 30 applies to invoices. Card payment does not wait on that email.
Check the tax-exempt box and attach the certificate. The no-tax card page opens right away. On that page, set the seat quantity to the number of people on the quote. You can change the quantity before you pay.
Choose Guided Facilitation and pick an open time. That time is the virtual session. It is held when you continue to the card page. If payment is not finished, the time opens again after two days. A call is optional and does not block payment.
This page does not create an employee account. The later login is a team code, emailed before the course begins. Diagnostic answers are stored as group totals.
