The vision

What If Curiosity Became the Everyday Norm Across Your Team?

Breakthroughs don't just happen during multi-day retreats. They happen when small acts of everyday curiosity compound across the work your team already touches.

From Micro-Adjustments

What if your team felt safe to give a new tool a chance, simplify a routine form, or test a smoother workflow without pushback or fear of making a mistake?

To Strategic Breakthroughs

What if creative problem-solving opened up new product lines, unexpected partnerships, or cross-departmental efficiencies that heads-down execution misses?

Compounding Daily Inquiry

What if team members didn't wait for an annual call for ideas, but routinely asked “Just for fun, what if…?” in their everyday work?

Removing the Wall

What if innovation wasn't seen as a luxury or a distraction, but as the exact engine that keeps daily delivery fresh, efficient, and resilient?

Execution Immersed in Innovation™

The 8 Levers of Innovate, Execute, & Grow™

Course details

An 8-lever operational system that turns everyday curiosity into breakthrough output.

Lever 1: Orientation & Culture Foundation

The Greenhouse Agreement™ & Zero-Blame Baseline

Focus. Establishing Environmental Safety & a Zero-Blame Baseline

Brainstorming sessions are great, but they aren't enough to lead to remarkable unlocks in productivity for your team. In this lever, your team will discover the science behind why traditional “brainstorming” methods fail to lead to sustainable organizational shifts and uncover how this may be showing up currently in your organization. Then they will be introduced to a completely new and transformational way to make space for innovation—by building it into day-to-day organizational culture from the ground up.

Key features

The Greenhouse Agreement™ method of establishing permanent, routine safety for curiosity and innovative thinking while still maintaining—and even enhancing—daily operational productivity.

Outcome. Teams are better prepared to leverage the tools provided in this course, bringing an openness to the process as they discover this is not just “brainstorming business as usual,” but a real architectural reconstruction of how innovation can be incorporated into their day-to-day work.

Lever 2: Protected Curiosity & Friction Extraction

Harnessing Real Friction & Non-Linear Curiosity

Focus. Harnessing Real Friction & Non-Linear Curiosity

When employees are forced to “be positive” in a retreat setting, they bring safe, incremental ideas. But people are naturally passionate about what frustrates them—broken tools, redundant tasks, and customer friction. Lever 2 disarms workplace cynicism by channeling real grievances into strategic diagnostic fuel, while protecting non-linear curiosity so teams uncover game-changing opportunities that standard meetings completely miss.

Key features

  • The Frustration Engine: Guided frameworks that turn workplace complaints and daily pet peeves into powerful innovation targets.
  • The Drop-In Study Hall Protocol: A low-pressure, unreviewed pre-work format that allows employees to explore non-linear curiosity without fear of looking foolish or facing manager judgment.
  • Anonymized Digital Prioritization: A digital voting system that selects top team priorities without face-to-face rejection or discarded ideas.

Outcome. Skeptical and resistant team members are subversively engaged, turning their complaints into constructive progress. Managers gain a safe, repeatable method to let teams explore without fearing lost time or chaotic meetings.

Space to Imagine & Getting Real About Work

Where innovation is really needed

Part A · Private Curiosity Journal

What is a hobby, interest, or topic you love outside of work?

What makes that thing so satisfying, fun, or well-designed?

What is a routine experience that you would love to redesign and how would you design it?

Part B · Friction Wall

Broken Tools
What clunky work process or tool frustrates you?
Wasted Energy
What repetitive task feels like a drain on your focus?
Customer Friction
What customer or client complaint are you tired of hearing?

180° Flip

Map one annoyance to its opposite experience teams would love to create.

We tend to be quite passionate about what we don't like—let's channel that energy into design fuel.

02

Lever 3: Curiosity in Execution

Expansive Solution Mechanics (“What COULD We Do?”)

Focus. Expansive Solution Mechanics (“What COULD We Do?”)

Stepping into solution thinking doesn't mean putting on hard hats or shrinking your vision to fit today's budget. Lever 3 applies curiosity to broad execution possibilities—exploring wild, high-altitude ways to solve identified pain points without forcing immediate project plans or stressing over logistics. If real-world limits come up, they are captured on the Constraint Board for Lever 5, keeping the team free to dream big about what's possible.

Key features

  • The Expansive Solution Canvas: A structured dialogue tool for building ambitious solution concepts while welcoming practical realist inputs.
  • The Lever 5 Parking Protocol: A safety mechanism that logs hard limits (budgets, legal, staffing) onto a dedicated board so execution worries don't kill high-level vision.
  • Micro-Huddle & Solo AI Flexibility: Self-organized paths allowing individuals or small sub-teams to continue developing passionate ideas alongside an AI co-thinker.

Outcome. Teams generate expansive, game-changing solution concepts without the panic of immediate project planning or premature budget shutdown.

What COULD We Do About This?

Exploring the possibilities

The Big Issue: ________________________________

If money, time, and tech were no object, how would we solve or create or reimagine this?

What is a radical, unexpected approach that would transform this experience?

If you were designing this from 30 years into the future, what do you imagine it would look like?

Park Your Worries Here

Hear a budget, legal, or staffing fear during this session? Write it here to revisit in Lever 5. Don't let it kill the big vision now!

Dream big first. We will tackle the hard real-world limits together in Lever 5.

03

Lever 4: Shared Connections & Synergies

Eliminating Siloed Workload Overlap & Macro Portfolio Synergy

Focus. Eliminating Siloed Workload Overlap & Macro Portfolio Synergy

Teams are often exhausted not from a lack of ambition, but because they are running dozens of isolated initiatives that compete for the same time, budget, and energy. In Lever 4, your team steps back to look across active projects and Lever 3 solution concepts, discovering underlying connections so that one well-designed move can serve three organizational goals simultaneously.

Key features

  • The Portfolio Synergy Mapping Process: A visual mapping framework for identifying hidden structural overlaps across scattered departmental initiatives.
  • The Multiplier Action Design: A strategy for combining redundant projects into single high-leverage moves that multiply output with shared effort.

Outcome. Workload friction drops significantly as teams eliminate duplicate work, combine overlapping initiatives, and multiply the ROI of existing operational effort.

Connecting the Dots Across Our Work

Synergy Bridge

Lever 3 concepts

  • New solution ideas
  • Shared assets
  • Multiplier moves

Which two projects are trying to solve the exact same communication or data problem?

What single tool, process, or asset could support multiple teams at once?

How can we combine these efforts so we work less, but achieve more?

Workload friction drops when we stop working in isolated silos.

04

Lever 5: Turning Limits into Strengths

Constraint Interrogation & Workaround Re-Engineering

Focus. Constraint Interrogation & Workaround Re-Engineering

NOW real-world boundaries enter the spotlight—not to kill the big ideas from Stages 3 and 4, but to force clever operational workarounds. Tight budgets, strict regulations, limited staffing, and aggressive deadlines are unparked from the Constraint Board. Teams apply the Constraint Interrogation Protocol (What DO we have? Who owns the asset? Can we rent/borrow? What if the limit IS the feature?) to turn rigid obstacles into competitive design advantages.

Key features

  • The Constraint Interrogation Protocol: A 5-step systematic method for dismantling budget, timeline, and regulatory barriers.
  • The Workaround Re-Engineering Matrix: A step-by-step tool for converting impossible proposals into lightweight, high-margin operational models.

Outcome. Teams stop viewing operational limitations as excuses for stagnation and instead develop the skill to innovate through constraints.

  1. 01 · The Barriers — State exact barriers to bringing radical ideas to life.
  2. 02 · The Needs — What solutions would make the barriers disappear?
  3. 03 · What Solutions — What can we do or what do we have to meet the needs?
  4. 04 · The Impossible — What can't we do and why?
  5. 05 · Innovating Around the Impossible — A radical thought to unlock the impossible.

Tight limits force our sharpest creativity.

05

Lever 6: The Priority Filter

Prioritizing for Category-Defining Unlocks

Focus. Prioritizing for Category-Defining Unlocks (The Transformative Priority Matrix)

Traditional teams default to “low-hanging fruit”—safe, easy tweaks that yield minor results. Lever 6 evaluates opportunities based on their Transformative Unlock Factor: Which move levels us up so significantly that our current operational worries disappear? Objections are logged neutrally on a side board so fear never dictates priority.

Key features

  • The Transformative Priority Matrix: A 3-dimension evaluation tool balancing Level of Unlock, Financial/Time Impact, and Execution Friction.
  • The Side-Board Objection Protocol: A facilitation rule that logs risk objections neutrally to validate speakers without allowing risk paranoia to kill high-leverage moves.

Outcome. Teams stop wasting energy on incremental tweaks and align around 1–2 category-defining breakthroughs that move the whole organization forward.

06

Lever 7: Ecosystem & Micro-Exploration

Ecosystem Architectural Pillars & Applied Micro-Exploration

Focus. Ecosystem Architectural Pillars & Applied Micro-Exploration

Rather than generating a simple calendar to-do list, Lever 7 maps out the macro ecosystem required for a transformational dream to exist (“What must be TRUE across talent, distribution, brand, and audience?”). Then, teams apply creative curiosity directly to granular execution touchpoints—turning routine logistics (like sponsor tables) into 4x revenue drivers.

Key features

  • Ecosystem Backward Architecture: A structural framework mapping out the macro pillars (Talent, Distribution, Accolades, Audience) needed to support a transformed reality.
  • Applied Micro-Exploration Engine: Deep-dive “what-if” protocols for re-imagining granular operational touchpoints.

Outcome. Massive, dream-level initiatives are broken down into clear architectural pillars, while routine execution steps are transformed into high-leverage value drivers.

07

Lever 8: Team Integration & Rhythm

Team Reflection, Identity & Cultural Integration

Focus. Meta-Level Reflection, Evolved Identity & Ongoing Operational Rhythm

Lever 8 decouples from specific project deliverables to focus on the team's human transformation. The team reflects on their journey, celebrates stepping out of polite silence into psychological safety, and establishes an ongoing operational rhythm for pulling these 8 levers continuously in daily work.

Key features

  • The Meta-Level Experiential Retrospective: A guided reflection framework evaluating how the team's identity, trust, and communication have evolved.
  • The Continuous Skill Rhythm Protocol: Guidelines for integrating the 8 levers into weekly standups, monthly planning, and quarterly reviews.

Outcome. Teams leave not just with an expanded horizon of energized work, but as a deeply aligned, psychologically safe unit equipped to continuously innovate.

A decade of transformation

Built Inside a 10-Year Science Enterprise

Dr. Victoria LeBeaux — warehouse operations on the left, executive office on the right.

“Unlock.” It’s the single best word to describe what happened when I stopped treating innovation as a temporary retreat topic and started using it as an operational rhythm.

For years, I followed standard corporate training: enjoy a brief brainstorming session, get back to “real work,” set SMART goals, and grind through execution. That path gave me non-stop work and eventual burnout. It was only when tactical pressure forced me to step back that real transformation occurred. By giving myself permission to apply expansive, curious thinking to every phase of work—from routine admin to complex climate-tech inventions—something remarkable unlocked. I began seeing exponential synergy: ways to leverage a single investment across multiple initiatives, cross-pollinate tools and skills between separate projects, and move big ideas forward without burning out.

What began nearly a decade ago with simple, locally made eco-friendly gardening kits has intentionally evolved into a multi-division applied science company encompassing award-winning STEM education, science-inspired media, climate-tech, SaaS compliance services, and global social impact initiatives.

Innovate, Execute, & Grow™ is the exact framework born from that journey. If you are ready for an Unlock in your own organization, I warmly invite you to give your team the permission, tools, and operational systems to experience your own transformation today.
