Part 1: Privacy Policy

1. Entity Overview & Scope

Hortiki Training Institute operates as a specialized B2B corporate training and team development division of Hortiki Plants LLC, a registered limited liability company headquartered in Washington, DC. We are committed to protecting corporate client privacy, participant data, and intellectual assets. This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors of our website, users of our digital platforms, participants in the Innovate, Execute, & Grow™ training system, and corporate representatives purchasing or managing team enrollments.

2. Information We Collect & How We Use It

We collect only the essential information required to deliver high-impact corporate training, process corporate transactions, provide customer support, and measure team progress safely and securely.

Data Category Specific Data Elements Collected Purpose & Usage
Corporate Inquiries & Enrollment Contact name, business email address, company name, department title, and inquiry details. Responding to program inquiries, delivering custom quotes, managing course enrollments, and sending administrative notices.
Billing & Transaction Data Corporate credit card details (processed via Stripe), billing address, purchase order (PO) numbers, and tax ID information. Processing program fees, generating itemized invoices, executing Net-30 billing, and issuing official receipts. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
Anonymous Team Diagnostic & Progress Data Anonymous Team Codes, interactive energy/friction slider inputs, and aggregated team survey responses. Generating team friction profiles, tracking team focus shifts during training sessions, and producing automated executive progress reports.
Participant Audio Reflections & Memos Voluntary 2-to-3 minute audio voice reflections submitted by participants via dedicated portal tools. Parsing qualitative team feedback, identifying operational trends, and generating automated data visualizations for executive reporting.
Analytics & Browsing Data Anonymized IP addresses, browser types, device information, referring pages, and session interaction metrics. Evaluating website performance, improving navigation usability, and assessing campaign effectiveness via Google Analytics (GA4).

3. Absolute Non-Sale of Data Commitment

We maintain a strict stance regarding corporate and personal privacy: Hortiki Plants LLC does not, under any circumstances, sell, rent, trade, or monetize client data, participant information, or organizational metrics to third parties.

We do not share participant lists, corporate email addresses, or internal diagnostic data with external brokers, advertisers, or third-party marketers. All data submitted to Hortiki Training Institute remains confidential and is utilized strictly for program delivery and client service.

4. Data Retention & Post-Course Archiving Policy

We retain client and participant data only for the duration necessary to fulfill administrative, training, reporting, and legal requirements.

  • Active Course Access Window: During the 12-month platform access period, team diagnostic inputs, slider tracking data, and participant audio reflections are maintained securely inside the client's private team workspace.
  • Post-Course Retention (90-Day Archive): Following the expiration of the 12-month platform access period, client team data is placed into a secure 90-day archive status to allow corporate administrators to download final summary reports.
  • Data Purging & Anonymization: Upon the conclusion of the 90-day post-course archive window (or earlier upon written request from an authorized corporate representative), all raw audio reflection files and individual participant records are permanently deleted from our primary application databases. Aggregated, fully anonymized metrics (stripped of all company names, dates, and identifiers) may be retained for baseline industry research and framework benchmarking.

5. Website Analytics & Cookie Policy (Google Analytics GA4)

To understand how visitors interact with our website and improve user experience, we utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 collects anonymized data regarding traffic volume, general geographic location, device capabilities, and page engagement.

  • Cookie Management: Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Our website uses performance cookies necessary for site navigation and GA4 analytics processing.
  • Consent & Opt-Out: Visitors may control cookie preferences through browser settings or by utilizing standard opt-out browser add-ons provided by Google. Denying non-essential cookies does not prevent access to our public site or client portal login.

6. Enterprise Security & Infrastructure Vendors

We implement rigorous technical and organizational measures to safeguard data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:

  • Cloudflare Edge Infrastructure: Platform traffic is routed through Cloudflare's secure edge network, utilizing AES-256 encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, supported by SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant cloud data centers.
  • Stripe Payment Processing: All corporate financial transactions are handled directly through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
  • Brevo Communication Services: Transactional emails, account notifications, and administrative updates are delivered using encrypted enterprise mail pipelines.
  • Zero PII Requirement: Our team diagnostic tools operate using generated Anonymous Team Codes, eliminating the need to collect or store employee Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

7. Global Data Rights & Administrative Requests

Corporate clients and individual participants may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of their administrative contact records at any time. Requests should be directed in writing to contact@hortiki.com. We respond to all formal privacy requests within thirty (30) business days.

Part 2: Terms of Use & Corporate Service Agreement

1. Program Scope & Intellectual Property Ownership

All proprietary curricula, frameworks, training materials, digital workbooks, action cards, software tools, website copy, media files, and technical specifications provided under the Innovate, Execute, & Grow™ program are the exclusive intellectual property of Hortiki Plants LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Purchasing a program tier or add-on grants the purchasing entity a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable internal license to access and utilize the materials for the specified team during the 12-month platform access period. Clients may not duplicate, resell, record, broadcast, distribute externally, or create derivative works from the curriculum without explicit prior written authorization from Hortiki Plants LLC.

Asset & Framework Name Legal Status & Rights Reserved
Execution Immersed in Innovation Method™ Proprietary corporate methodology owned exclusively by Hortiki Plants LLC.
Waste to Wonder™ Proprietary operational principle and trademarked methodology of Hortiki Plants LLC.
The 8 Innovation Levers Proprietary 8-part continuous execution and team alignment structure.
The Unlock Toolbox™ (26 Action Cards) Copyrighted action protocols for real-time team friction resolution.
The AI Flex Kit™ Proprietary prompt architecture and local AI steering framework.
360° Innovation-to-Productivity Suite™ Registered branding and diagnostic evaluation framework.

2. 2027 Enrollment & 12-Month Platform Access Terms

We are currently enrolling client organizations for 2027 delivery dates. To provide maximum budgetary and operational flexibility for corporate scheduling, the following enrollment rules apply:

  • Scheduling Delivery: Upon placing an order or executing a purchase order, the purchasing organization reserves its spot for 2027 delivery. The client selects the exact start date when they want their team's access and training sequence to begin.
  • Access Period Start Date: The official 12-month platform access period begins on the client's chosen delivery start date, not on the date the initial order is placed or paid. All course materials, digital workbooks, and portal tools remain accessible for 365 calendar days from the activated delivery start date.

3. Payment Terms, Net-30 Invoicing & P-Card Split Billing

Corporate clients may fulfill program fees via credit card, corporate P-Card, or bank wire transfer.

  • Standard Invoicing (Net-30): For clients utilizing Purchase Orders (PO), invoices are issued upon order confirmation with Net-30 payment terms from the invoice date, unless otherwise negotiated in a formal corporate agreement.
  • P-Card Single-Transaction Threshold Compliance: For organizations purchasing via Corporate Procurement Card (P-Card), Hortiki Training Institute notes a common $5,000.00 single-transaction threshold inclusive of applicable sales tax (default 6% DC; 0% when a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided). When the cart exceeds $5,000 but each planned charge remains at or under $5,000 after tax, split P-card charges may be offered. When a charge may exceed that threshold, checkout remains available as a courtesy—clients may still pay by card if their card allows it, or use Instant Quote documentation for Purchase Order / Net-30 invoicing.

4. Cancellation, Refund & Date Shifting Policy

We maintain a transparent, fair cancellation and rescheduling policy designed for enterprise workflows:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Clients may cancel their enrollment for a 100% full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of initial purchase, provided the selected delivery start date has not already commenced. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@hortiki.com.
  • Post-14-Day Policy & Date Shifting: After fourteen (14) calendar days from purchase, payments become non-refundable. However, clients retain complete flexibility to shift their 2027 delivery start date to a later date in the calendar year without penalty or added administrative fees.
  • Special Circumstances: In the event of extraordinary corporate restructuring, force majeure, or organizational hardship, clients may submit a written petition to contact@hortiki.com for special review by Hortiki Plants LLC executive management.

5. Dynamic Website Content & Curriculum Evolution

Website descriptions, sample syllabi, spec sheets, downloadable worksheets, preview pages, and promotional documentation represent educational previews and operational outlines. Hortiki Plants LLC reserves the right to refine, update, enhance, or adjust course modules, software interfaces, action card text, and supplementary guides to incorporate updated research, user feedback, and software enhancements. Substantive updates made during an active 12-month access period are provided to existing enrolled teams at no additional charge.

6. Program Results & Productivity Disclaimer

The Innovate, Execute, & Grow™ program provides professional development frameworks, diagnostic tools, and operational strategies designed to foster team alignment and productivity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Hortiki Plants LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to this agreement, website usage, or program participation shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Hortiki Plants LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Hortiki Plants LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
